How long does activation usually take?

We provide instant activation on shared and reseller hosting accounts. Generally less than 15-30 minutes on Virtual Servers, however we guarantee to have you up and running within 24 hours. Lastly 4-24 hours on all dedicated servers.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all shared and reseller accounts. As well as a 7 day money back guarantee on virtual servers. However we offer a zero refund policy on dedicated servers, with some very rare exceptions.

What is your average response time for support tickets?

Average response time is less than one hour, faster if it’s an emergency. However if it’s an emergency, you might want to call us instead.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal. With PayPal you have additional payment options as well.

Do you provide migration assistance?

Yes, with some exceptions. All of our current clients that are upgrading from shared to virtual or dedicated (or virtual to dedicated for that matter). We will gladly assist in your migration. If you are a new customer, we will gladly migrate your data from similar control panels. i.e. cPanel to cPanel. Also if your data set is small, such as less than a couple of gigabytes of data and a few databases. We will also gladly assist you, there are exceptions, feel free to ask.

Can I use your DNS servers?

Yes, you can if your domain is registered with us and you’re on a shared or reseller plan.

Where are your servers located at, and what is the test IP?

All of our servers are located in Dallas, Texas. You can trace and ping 67.58.96.65 as a test IP.

How hard is it to upgrade my account to a bigger virtual server?

Open a ticket requesting an upgrade, once everything is approved and a tech is prepped it only takes a few minutes on our OpenVZ plans. Xen is a bit more complicated in some cases due to the nature of Xen. So it may take longer and more prep work to get done.

Is adult content or IRC allowed on your network?

We do allow adult content as long as it follows all Local, State and Federal laws governing the United States of America. IRC however is not permitted at this point in time.

What is your uptime guarantee?

Our uptime guarantee is 99.9% and our network uptime guarantee is 99.99%.

What do you mean by unlimited?

In regards to hosted domains, emails, MySQL databases, etc. We have no “set” limit in place, however… We have zero tolerance for abuse that would degrade other client’s service. i.e. loading up 100 high usage databases, using mass amounts of forwarders for relaying unsolicited junk to name a few. Basically, use sound judgement and be reasonable and there will not be an issue.

Do you offer DNS services for virtual or dedicated servers?

No, however there are dozens of free (and reliable) DNS providers around the globe.

Do you offer 32-bit VPS templates?

Yes, we now offer 32-bit Xen powered VPS templates through the use of SolusVM’s PyGrub feature. Just open a ticket requesting that we enable PyGrub on the VPS you want a run 32-bit kernel on.
